Salesforce Senior Developer with AgentforceExperience: 5-8 Years.Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, And AhmedabadWork mode: Hybrid (2 Days Work from Office is mandate).Notice: Immediate.Please find below the JD.Job SummaryThe Salesforce Senior Developer collaborates with the project team and the client to translatebusiness requirements into working Salesforce solutions. The Senior Developer has a deepfamiliarity with Salesforce platform configuration, customization, has hands-on experience insetting up AI agents and integrates Salesforce with other applications or data managementplatforms. As a Senior member of a project team, the Senior Developer mentors more juniorresources, works with the Technical Lead to assign work to other team members and usesthought leadership and experience to solve the most difficult technical challenges on theSalesforce platform. The Senior Developer has a wide range of experiences across the Salesforceclouds and has integrated the platform with other applications for customers across a widerange of industries.Responsibilities• Designs, develops, tests, and supports custom Salesforce applications software using ApexTriggers, Visualforce or Sites pages, Web Services, Salesforce Metadata API etc. asappropriate, using code authoring tools such as Eclipse IDE/VS Code to satisfy theclient’s business requirements.• Performs Salesforce configuration and administrative functions as required.• Support the creation of customizations and integrations required to solution delivery• Configure the Salesforce application based on the business requirements• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS• Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components• Configure, customize and maintain complex AI Agents using Agentforce• Design and development of API-driven or Web Service driven system integration onSalesforce platform• Experience in designing bulk data migration mechanisms on Salesforce• Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce applications.• Develop estimates for projects• Work closely with other developers in the team, business analyst, QA analyst and projectmanagers.• Research Salesforce capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gapanalysis• Ability to migrate metadata between Salesforce environments using Jenkins, GitHub,change sets and other tools as needed.• Skills in Angular JS, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery is a plus.• For consultants based outside of India, willingness to travel up to 80%Skills and Qualifications Required• At least 5+ years in a consulting function• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science)• Minimum 4 years of application design and development experience• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce application usingAPIs, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components• Skilled in developing and deploying autonomous AI agents within Salesforce to automatebusiness processes, customer interactions, and data insights.• Proficient in integrating Agentforce with Apex, LWC, and external APIs, ensuring scalable,secure, and enterprise-ready AI solutions on the Salesforce platform.• Experienced in building AI-powered Salesforce applications using Agentforce, leveragingprompt engineering, agent workflows, and LLM integration.• Experience of managing implementation with IDE Tools like Eclipse, VS Code, Workbench,Data Loader etc.• 2+ years of working with clients and vendors developing solutions and supporting projectsfrom requirements gathering to release management• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines• For consultants based outside of India, willingness to travel up to 80%• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification• Agentforce Specialist CertificationPreferred• At least 5+ years in a consulting function• Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud Certifications
