Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry, including contractors, builders, developers, and architects.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share for construction materials.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Promote a wide range of construction materials, including but not limited to cement, steel, aggregates, insulation materials, and finishing products.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
- **Client Support & Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, complaints, and technical queries.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate materials for their specific construction projects.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- **Sales Reporting & Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM software.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and forecasts.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and changes in construction regulations.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s products.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Any Graduate.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client sites as required.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with project sales and working closely with architects or contractors.
- Existing relationships with key players in the construction industry.
