**Job Summary**:
The Quality InCharge is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards before they reach the customer. This includes overseeing the quality control processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control Processes**:

- Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation.
- Prepare and present quality reports to the Quality Manager and senior management.
- **Quality Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train and guide quality control staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest quality control techniques and industry developments.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Investigate quality issues and non-conformities and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve quality-related problems and improve overall product quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
