**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated **Senior Salesforce Administrator & Apex Developer** to take full ownership of our Salesforce platform. This individual will play a critical role in managing, customizing, and extending Salesforce to support business operations and growth initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, overseeing administration, configuration, and Apex development.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
- Proactively identify areas for platform optimization and implement enhancements independently.
- Manage day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead platform upgrades, integrations, and the rollout of new features and functionalities.
- Ensure best practices in system security, data privacy, and compliance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration and Apex Development experience.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, object model, and key platform features (e.g., Flow, Process Builder, Lightning Components, API integrations).
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Strong understanding of Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience working independently with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications strongly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,042,848.35 - ₹3,095,100.16 per year
