**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products/services.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and maintaining a professional image at all times.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about sales and marketing, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, if required.

Prior experience in sales or marketing (internships, part-time roles, or projects) is a plus.
