Role Description: Production Executive

As a Production Executive at Elite Sapphire Events, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve:
Planning and scheduling production activities to meet project deadlines.

Coordinating with the design and fabrication teams to ensure that designs are translated accurately into final products.

Monitoring production progress and addressing any issues that may arise.

Managing inventory levels and ordering materials as needed.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and provide input on feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Providing regular updates to management on production status and performance.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management, preferably in the events or manufacturing industry.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of production processes and techniques.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Payroll: 20k to 25k

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM and on site whenever required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
