**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Officer at Greenedge ECO Solutions Limited in Gurugram. The Commercial Officer will be responsible for various tasks related to international trade, such as managing documentation, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and negotiating contracts.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Pre & Post shipment documentation related to exports.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships successfully
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience of 2-5 years working in a similar field

**Roles & Responsibility**

Export Documentation: Prepare and manage all documentation required for exporting goods, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, export licenses, and any other regulatory documents.

Import Documentation: Similarly, handle import documentation for goods coming into the country, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.

Customs Clearance: Coordinate with customs agents or brokers to ensure smooth clearance of goods through customs checkpoints, resolving any issues that may arise during the process.

Logistics Management: Arrange transportation for both export and import shipments, negotiating freight rates and selecting the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay abreast of export and import regulations, trade policies, and sanctions imposed by various countries or international bodies. Ensure that all export-import activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on export-import activities, including sales forecasts, shipment tracking, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain management to align export-import activities with overall business objectives and strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve export-import processes, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks.
