**Oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods. Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process,
manage people, processes and systems in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately and
that productivity targets are met.
Main Accountabilities (List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities:
Intervene and facilitate smooth day to day operations of warehouse affairs in liaison with all other functions.
Manage warehouse staff resources according to changing needs.
To ensure maintenance of FG by batch and follow FIFO while loading.
To ensure loading SOP followed at warehouse.
Co-ordination with contractor for arrangement of required labour as per dispatch plan.
Monitoring review & control of aging stocks, damage, leakages & expiry of products.
Interact with sales team for timely liquidation of aging stocks.
Interact with logistic team on day to day basis on issues related to transportation.
To look after legal compliances of warehouse as in FSSAI, monitor safety, food safety, 5S & housekeeping of
warehouse, ensure guidelines are followed.
Resolving warehouse audit issues raised by commercial and auditors.
Monthly loading bill making & certification.
Identify cost saving opportunities in warehouses.
MIS report making and circulation for better understanding of stock laying in warehouses.
Ensure proper warehouse stock management.
Ensure order execution as per customer schedule.

Must ensure FIFO and batchwise dispatch
Must ensure stacking of FG in Warehouse and vehicle as per SOP
Must ensure Actual inventory matches with SAP.
Must ensure minimum TAT.
Need to work in close co-ordination with contractor to have sufficient manpower for loading and ensure
timely completion of loading.
Need to submit all MIS on timely basis.

Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Inventory optimization ,E&O Quarterly Review, Depletion Plan

Bachelor of Engineering / MBA in Supply Chain Management
Minimum industrial experience of 6 to 10 years, handling various stores activities in the industry
preferably FMCG sector
Proven experience in one of SCM areas Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning
/ Integrated Business Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management expertise
