**Job title**: Junior Quantity Surveyor

**Reporting ** Manager
- Should prepare BOQ as per drawing, budgeting Estimates.
- Estimate costs of materials as per BOQ.
- Preparation of PMC Proposal.
- Analyze and compare quotations received.
- Prepare relative contract agreement / documents.
- Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Visit Site as and when required to take measurements
- Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
- Analyze and recommend contractors and subcontractors payments based on actual progress and valuing completed work and issuing payments requests to finance.
- Estimate Quantity of Materials for Procurement.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction engineering or Interior related field.
- Should have minimum experience of 1-2 years in interior work estimating experience. Civil experience will be added as advantage.
- Should able use AutoCAD.
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
- Experience at compiling and following strict budgets, strong estimating and financial analysis skills
- In-depth understanding of interior materials, pricing.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QS: 2 years (preferred)
- Quantity surveyor: 2 years (preferred)
