**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **DISCOM Coordination**: Establish and maintain relationships with DISCOM officials to facilitate smooth project execution, approvals, and dispute resolution.
- **Client Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve client concerns related to electricity billing, net metering delays, and regulatory compliance.
- **Electricity Bill Analysis**: Analyze residential and commercial electricity bills to identify cost-saving opportunities, import-export charges, and tariff adjustments.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated with government policies, DISCOM regulations, taxes, duties, and subsidies applicable to solar energy consumers.
- **Liaisoning & Follow-Ups**: Ensure timely follow-ups with DISCOM officials, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to expedite approvals and issue resolutions.
- **Technical & Policy Advisory**: Provide insights on electricity duty exemptions, subsidies, and renewable energy policies to clients and internal teams.
- **Support Sales & Project Teams**: Assist in technical queries regarding net metering and billing structures during project planning and execution.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Management, or a related field. A diploma with relevant experience may also be considered.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in net metering, DISCOM coordination, or electricity billing analysis in the solar or power sector.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of net metering policies, electricity tariffs, taxes, duties, import-export charges, and subsidy structures.
- **Communication & Negotiation**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and coordinate with government authorities and clients.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve electricity billing issues efficiently.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Familiarity with government regulations, renewable energy policies, and solar net metering guidelines.
- **Ability to Travel**: Willingness to travel within the region as required for liaisoning activities.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must possess a strong network with DISCOM officials and relevant authorities.
- Should be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
