**EBS Financials with SCM and HRMS**

Having 3+ years of experience
**location: Onsite UAE Abu Dhabi (Local UAE with residency required)**
NP: Immediate to 2 months
- Receiving end user service requests and log a service request ticket in the customer help desk ticketing system;
- Tracking the end user service requests to provide the end user with known actions to provide a workaround to the service requests;
- Escalate unresolved end user service request as needed with the functional track leader of the Oracle managed service to provide a workarounds for user requests, and;
- Escalate unresolved end user service requests as need to the customer Level 2 Support agents.

**Qualification**

EBS Financials, SCM and HRMS
- Common understanding of Oracle ERP Application
- Experience in different ERP Modules implemented in Rafeed
- Financial Track : GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets
- SCM Track : Purchasing, Inventory ,Order Management
- HRMS : Core HRMS, Self Service, Payroll
- Good knowledge in understanding and developing SQL Scripts
- Good Knowledge in understanding the integration between modules and common EBS Processes ( Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Order to Cash)
- Incident and Problem Management (Classification and routing)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
