**Role Summary**:SCM (Supply Chain Management)**
he SCM role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to the delivery of products or services. The key responsibilities include managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing supply chain performance to implement improvements. The SCM professional works to align the supply chain with organizational goals, ensuring efficiency, minimizing costs, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon service levels and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Implement inventory control systems to optimize warehouse operations and reduce waste.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory metrics.
- Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Optimize distribution networks to reduce lead times and costs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to forecast demand accurately.
- Develop and maintain demand planning models and processes.
- Adjust inventory and procurement strategies based on demand forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for improving supply chain efficiency and reducing operational costs.
- Implement process improvements and automation where applicable.
- Conduct regular supply chain performance reviews and report on key metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, cost per unit).
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the supply chain (e.g., delays, price fluctuations).
- Resolve issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or supplier performance.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and quality control processes.
- Monitor and ensure product quality standards are met at all stages of the supply chain.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure product specifications and standards are adhered to.
- Monitor and control the supply chain budget to achieve cost savings and improve financial performance.
- Track and report on key cost drivers within the supply chain, such as transportation and storage costs.
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, key issues, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Leverage supply chain management software and technology to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements that can improve supply chain operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
