**Job Title: Foreman (Construction)**

**Location: Mirzapur,Uttar Pradesh**

**Experience : minimum 5-10 years of experience as a foreman (Construction)**

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman to oversee our construction projects. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction workers, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy in construction.
- Schedule work activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Manage and maintain equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure work meets standards.
- Resolve any problems that may arise and report progress to project managers.
- Train and mentor construction workers and provide feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in construction management or a related field.
- OSHA certification.
