We are seeking an experienced and dedicated **Foreman** with expertise in **Railway** infrastructure projects, specifically in the construction and maintenance of **Railway under**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise and manage daily operations on-site for **Railway **under
- bridge and low-height subway projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, **Railway **regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring all work meets the required standards.
- Manage resources on-site, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of project activities.
- Ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize workflows and improve project outcomes.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 8 years working in **Railway** projects, specifically in the construction and maintenance of **Railway **under
- bridges and low-height subways.
- Strong knowledge of **Railway** industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Proven experience in leading and supervising site teams in railway construction projects.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction tools, machinery, and materials used in railway projects.
- Ability to work in challenging conditions, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- A technical diploma or relevant qualification in civil engineering or construction management is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in railway safety and construction site management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
