Civil Foreman Position Title Civil Foreman Department Civil Engineering Reports To Site Engineer Project Manager Location Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh Company Name KAT Constructions Pvt Ltd Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Foreman with a strong background in railway construction and maintenance The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising managing and coordinating daily operations at the railway construction site to ensure quality safety and timely completion of the project Key Responsibilities Supervision Coordination Supervise and direct construction workers ensuring that tasks are completed according to project specifications Ensure that work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for project execution Project Management Oversee day-to-day activities on the railway construction site ensuring progress aligns with the project schedule Monitor and report on work progress including any delays issues or deviations from the planned schedule Assist in the planning and execution of civil works related to railway tracks embankments bridges tunnels stations and other infrastructure Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to company and regulatory safety standards Conduct daily safety checks and address any potential hazards on-site Ensure all work complies with the environmental and regulatory guidelines relevant to railway construction Quality Control Inspect the quality of work on-site to ensure it meets the standards set by the company and regulatory bodies Ensure that materials used in the construction process are of high quality and meet project specifications Team Management Lead and manage a team of skilled and unskilled workers Provide training and mentorship to junior workers and new team members Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills and work requirements Material Management Ensure the timely availability of required materials for construction work Maintain records of materials used and report any discrepancies to the project manager Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate records of daily activities manpower and material usage Submit regular reports on site progress issues and achievements to the Site Engineer or Project Manager Problem Solving Identify and resolve any construction-related issues on-site such as delays worker concerns or material shortages Provide on-site solutions to keep the project on track Key Qualifications Experience Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in railway construction projects with expertise in managing civil works related to railway infrastructure Education Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Skills Strong leadership supervisory and team management skills In-depth knowledge of railway construction including track laying earthworks bridges tunnels and station infrastructure Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards Contact Person - Anil Rawat Contact Details- 9045450439 anil katc co in Job Type Full-time Pay 12 263 59 - 28 020 69 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
