To support the organisation’s growth, logistics operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle upcoming projects efficiently.

The Logistics Executive will primarily focus on documentation and coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Missions

**1. Retail Operations**:
Manage export documentation.
Coordinate with stores and vendors to facilitate rebalancing, reversals, and exports
**2. Imports Management**:
Handle import documentation.
Coordinate weekly shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
**3. Industrial Orders**:
Assist in the processing of purchase orders, invoicing, and pickups.
Support coordination with industrial suppliers
**4. Repair Support**:
Manage documentation for repair flow.
GR waiver knocking-off.
**5. E-Invoicing**:
Handle e-invoicing processes.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with e-invoicing regulations.
**6. Special Deliveries and Additional Support**:
Assist in managing B to C deliveries, warehouse operations, and special movements.
Support import and re-export of press shipments, client gifts, and other special items.
**7. Regulatory Compliance**:
Support compliance with various regulatory requirements..
**8. Client Deliveries**:
Coordinate client courier management and white glove delivery services.
Monitor deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
**9. Packaging Management**:
Monitor and manage packaging consumption and requirements for all stores.
Coordinate with zones to respond to market needs.
**10. Second Life Management**:
Assist in managing obsolete stock and exploring sustainable solutions for recycling.

Profil

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in logistics, preferably with exposure to international and domestic logistics.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle documentation and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
