Description of a Position:
- manage filing documentation
- other office work related to the business
- Familiar with office tools, Printing, scanning, filing documents etc.
- Data entry in computer
- Doing office activities on a day to day basis
- Provide assistance in general administrative activities
- Great organizational and multitasking abilities
- Assisting team in follow-up for various tasks assigned by them to employees.
- Managing E-mails and drafting of replies.
- Maintaining some lists and records required regularly for the business.
- Managing social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, e-commerce platform,s etc.
- Coordination for updation on Firm Website
- Completing Lead development tasks assigned by Managing Partner and Senior Partner
What are we looking for:
- 0 to 2 years experience
- Highly self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Proven ability to handle the mental and physical demands of day-to-day operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Must be an Effective communicator
- Ability to work independently to perform job duties
