Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Communications Sr. Analyst will work with the CSR team to plan implement and manage (CSR) objectives and initiatives across the NTT DATA Services organization to engage our 48,000+ team members and positively impact local and global communities. This position will report to the Director, India EBC and Global CSR, Marketing and Communications. We are looking for someone with strong experience in CSR industry furthermore, prior experience with an NGO or in an IT services environment will be a plus. This position will be part of the team that manages giving programs globally and will be expected to take the lead in developing and creating core content and messages for our CSR program. This role requires physical presence at an office or at event locations when activities are planned but also has flexibility to be remote for other times. This person will interface with our local CSR leads, NGO’s, communications, accounting, and compliance teams to implement our CSR program while engaging employees. Furthermore, this position will also play an active role in helping drive external and internal awareness of our CSR program though PR, social media, and other avenues.

**Responsibilities might include**:

- Create and execute content & social media strategy to promote CSR program both internally and externally
- Develop and author an annual CSR report that provides clear direction on strategy, delivery and performance
- Develop effective CSR programs encompassing environment, workplace, community and marketplace issues that will deliver agreed CSR targets
- Establish strategies to support and drive employee engagement
- Establish CSR performance indicators in line with industry standards
- Establish and nurture relationships with NGO partners
- Serve as a liaison for NTT DATA Services business areas and local communities across India
- Establish, support, and inspire a regional network of CSR champions to support CSR objectives
- Provide information as requested for audits and manage financials
- Develop and distribute communications regarding CSR strategies, performance and programming
- Attend relevant industry events and build relationships with industry professionals

**Skills Required**:

- 8-10 years relevant CSR experience, including 3-5 years minimum corporate CSR experience
- Undergraduate degree in Corporate Responsibility, Communications or Marketing; graduate degree preferred
- Knowledgeable in India CSR law
- Excellent written communication and ability to create digital content while working with social media platforms
- Internal and External event production experience
- Experience working with a Sustainability Report

- Executive level presence
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Finance and accounting experience a plus

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Detail oriented person with strong project management skills who can drive process efficiency
- Digital content creation and copy writing
- Ability to visualize and ideate and creatively manage the CSR program with fresh ideas to drive higher awareness and better engagement
- Should be extremely proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in budget management
