**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Knowledge of Fare calculations and group reservations is required.
- should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical skills in interpreting data and situations.
- Will responsible for Handling of Queries (both domestic and International).
- Will need to action queries by coordinating with concern airlines.
- Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enquiries.
- Handling over all Ticketing and Refunds of tickets.
- Agent and Corporate query relating to reservation and ticketing.
- Any Graduate should have Sound understanding of Airline/Aviation/Travel industry.
- Must have 2 to 3 year of experience in ticketing and reservation department.
