**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect the work done by contractors, pest control, laundry, window cleaning, civil work etc.
- Report and ensure proper maintenance work of the house.
- Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff on day
- to day basis.
- Maintain regular inventory and checking of furniture, linen, equipments etc.
- Check and ensure that all guestrooms, common areas, back of the house areas are well maintained and functional.
- Compile the maids’ roster.
- Facilitate provision of extra services to guests such as baby sitters, hot water bottles, and other guest requests.
- Report any safety or security hazard to the security department.
- Prepare requisitions for materials required.
- Attend to phone calls at control desk and pass the message.
- Maintaining landscaped gardens and Organize flower arrangements.

**Qualities**:Pleasant personality, Physical fitness, Personal Hygiene, Eye for detail, Cooperation, Adaptability, Honesty, Punctuality.

**Education**: Any Graduate

**Experience**: 2-3 years of relevant experience

**Working Hours**: 10 AM to 7 PM | 6 Days a Week
