**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop and curate engaging content for Belmac’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure content aligns with the company’s values and goals.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community on a daily basis.
- Build relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and potential customers to enhance brand presence.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to present the success of campaigns and growth metrics.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Implement innovative ideas to improve the brand’s presence and engagement.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure content and messaging align with overall marketing objectives.
- Assist in organizing and promoting online events, webinars, and campaigns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferred).
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
