About the Role:
As a member of our healthcare call center team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive timely and efficient medical assistance. You will be the first point of contact for patients seeking appointments with doctors or requiring emergency ambulance services. Your compassionate and proactive approach will make a difference in the lives of those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Scheduling: Respond to incoming calls from customers requesting medical consultations or treatment. Gather necessary information, including zip code, to schedule appointments with available or nearby doctors.

2. Emergency Response: Quickly and efficiently dispatch ambulances for customers in emergency situations. Remain on the call until the ambulance reaches the location, coordinating with available doctors to provide immediate care.

3. Customer Support: Provide clear and empathetic communication, ensuring customers feel supported and informed throughout their experience.

Scope of Work:

- Facilitate safe, efficient, and effective delivery of medical services.
- Assist physicians with patient care coordination and delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and colleagues.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
- Evaluate medical records to assess patient health status and provide necessary advice.
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and offer follow-up care.
- Educate patients on preventive health measures and promote healthy habits.
- Serve as a primary healthcare contact for patients.
- Participate in business development and strategic planning initiatives.
- Support clinical and administrative functions, including patient referrals and follow-ups.
- Attend medical conferences, training sessions, and staff meetings.
- Manage patient charts, reports, and records with precision.
- Handle medical emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee end-to-end medical operations.

**Requirements**:
1. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

2. Typing speed of up to 60 WPM.

3. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Pharmacy or Nursing (other qualifications will also be considered).

4. 1-2 years of call center experience preferred.

What We Offer:

- Salary**: ₹22,000 - ₹42,000 per month
- Shift: Night shift (US hours)
- Weekends off
- Fixed shifts, No rotation
