**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a passionate **Django Backend Intern** to help us build and scale the backend for the CropXplore Platform, powering services like drone spraying bookings, crop health tracking, and our agri-marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop robust **REST APIs** using Django Rest Framework (DRF)
- Implement **custom serializers**, views, and API logic for mobile and web clients
- Manage and optimize the **Django Admin Portal** for internal workflows and data management
- Ensure secure user authentication and role-based access controls
- Work with the frontend and mobile teams to integrate backend functionality
- Write clean, reusable code and maintain proper documentation
- Assist in debugging, testing, and deployment of backend services

**Requirements**:

- Experience with **Python** and **Django** (college project or portfolio)
- Solid understanding of **Django Rest Framework (DRF)** and **serializers**:

- Familiarity with building and consuming **REST APIs**:

- Understanding of models, views, migrations, and admin customization
- Basic knowledge of **databases** (PostgreSQL or SQLite)
- Good debugging skills and a habit of writing clean, modular code
- Familiarity with tools like **Postman**, and **Git** is a plus
- Knowledge of **cloud platforms** like **Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud** for hosting Django apps is a **plus**

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
