If youre passionate about technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from youJob Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Back End Developer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about technology and have a proven track record of building robust and scalable backend systems, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and maintain backend components of web applications using Python and Django framework.- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team development standards.- Use Git for version control, branching, and merging codebases effectively.- Work within an Agile development process, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.Role Requirements and Qualifications : - Able to design non-trivial DB schemas.- Knowledge of design patterns, how to use them along with frameworks (in our case Django).- Good understanding of writing unit test cases.- Good understanding of either AWS or GCP.- Able to work with other in a distributed environment (essentially using Git and other collaborative tools).- Very good understanding of the Linux ecosystem.- Able to ideate the components of a project into a whole (essentially foresee roadblocks, have a plan in place).- Good understanding of Django, have implemented complicated workflows using Celery and have implemented a full text search using elastic search / typesense / any other.- Have integrated machine learning pipelines with the backend.Why Join Us : - Opportunities to work on transformative projects, cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions with leading global firms across industry sectors.- Continuous investment in employee growth and professional development with a strong focus on up & re-skilling.- Competitive compensation & benefits, ESOPs and international assignments.- Supportive environment with healthy work-life balance and a focus on employee well-being.- Open culture that values diverse perspectives, encourages transparent communication and rewards contributions (ref:hirist.tech)
