**Digital Marketing Strategist**

**Job description**
- Devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand
- Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue growth
- Identify growth opportunities for the company and implementing projects to achieve growth goals for the company
- Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, digital marketing, brand partnerships to drive traffic to digital channels.
- Analyse marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Assist in content creation and management for all our company social media accounts, including organizing cross-platform content strategies
- Develop new social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our specific industries
- Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas, and memes, then capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts
- Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content
- Contributing to writing and publishing blogs & articles
- Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets.

**Required Skillsets**:

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing in IT industry
- Experience of managing social media platforms for companies
- Prior experience of performing growth hacker role for IT Product/ Services company
- Proven ability to analyse data, prioritize goals, and scale growth strategies for the company
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
- Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
