Job Description:

- Liaising with service engineers and prepare weekly job summaries.
- Keeping track of all lifeboat jobs done by engineers and maintain and finalize the monthly reports by every 5th day of Calender month and & Updating records of service reports on Lifeboat portal.
- Post approval of monthly reports, sharing the same to advised OEMS to get royalty invoices and sharing it to account division for payment. Summarizing the open payment invoices by every 10th day of Calender month and present it to management.
- Maintain Close communication with account team on payment actions and follow ups.
- Keeping track of service engineers OEM authorization validity and updating management 3 months in advance.
- Maintaining records of all service engineers details interfacing with overseas training, arranging visa, air tickets, hotel stays, local travels etc.
- Preparing quotations against service enquires and its addressal to client.
- Keeping accountability and custody of all office asset, documentation, records, tools, tackles, calibration records, adminisation documents etc.
- Arranging meetings with staffs and management as on required basis and logging minutes of meetings and onward compilation & follow ups.
- Preparing the 6 monthly and annual reports.
- Timely completions of all filing works and making it available to management.
- Providing general assistance to service engineers and team to fulfill the day to day business activities.
- Preparation on of audits and compliance reports.
- Preparation & Presentation of division activities and events.
- Any other work related to Marine Division activities in addition to above as informed by management from time to time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
