**1. Personal Grooming, Reporting & Safety**:

- Ensure FSA reports market before 9am
- Ensure FSA report at store aftermarket visit (min 3days/week)
- Ensure FSA wears/uses the Uniform & Tools provided by the company
- Ensure FSA wears helmet while riding bike

**2. Daily TAB Sync Hygiene**
- Min. 3times/Day
- Ensure proper handling of TAB & Power bank issued to FSA**3. Evening Brief with Team Members**
- Discuss the daily FSA-wise target vs. achievement (question the performance)
- Discuss daily KAC Sales tracker (productive calls/day)
- Drive & monitor “Salesman of the Month” incentive program
- Discuss & Promote “Sell & Earn” incentive scheme
- Understand the challenges faced by each FSA & note them
- Discuss sales performance of FOCUS LINES like VB: Future Value Brands & POM : Product of the month
- Discuss new sales/business opportunity (add 2 new lines per week)

**4. FSA daily route hygiene**
- Field Sales Officer main role is to visit the customer route wise (Preplanned) share all the information of Booker & take order from customer.
- Send the order through TAB and coordinate with respective Team Leaders for delivery as you committed delivery timeline (48 hours).
- FSA are not responsible for any kind of payment activity like taking responsibility of payment that is manage by transporter & operation team.
- Any issue customer has regarding payment respective Team Leader raise to store manager he will take up that and resolved.
- If FSA found any kind of payment activity with customer disciplinary action will be taken against him.
- FSA share his live location in every visit & after completing his market report to store.
- Design new robust routes with a min of 12-15 customers/route
- Ensure each FSA has min. 4routes/week
- Ensure min. 50active customers per FSA
- Inspect the FSA diary for customer seal/stamp to confirm the visit as per route
- Ensure the daily min. target of 10customer visit per day per route
- Ensure the min. target of 6-8 productive calls per day

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
