Job Profile: Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist
Industry: Fashion / Garment Retail Brand
Location: Gurgaon
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years (Preferably in the fashion or garment retail industry)
Salary Range: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000

**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) that aligns with the brand's identity and attracts the target audience.

Schedule posts, respond to comments/messages, and build a community around the brand.

2. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to boost brand awareness and drive sales.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI.

3. Content Creation:
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to create high-quality visual and written content.

Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.

4. Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

Prepare detailed reports and present actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

5. E-commerce Support:
Assist in driving traffic to the brand’s e-commerce platform and improving customer acquisition through digital channels.

Optimize product listings and promotions for maximum visibility.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or garment retail sector.

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of fashion trends and audience preferences.
