**About Us**:
We are growing an artificial jewellery business focused on delivering trendy jewellery to our customers. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Research Intern to join our team and help us gain insights into market trends, customer preferences, and supply chain dynamics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify popular artificial jewellery designs that women prefer in the current market.
- Analyze customer demographics, including preferred age groups, budget ranges, and purchasing behaviours.
- Visit jewellery vendors to gather insights on their sourcing methods, pricing strategies, and transportation logistics.
- Investigate the vendor’s customer base, including identifying their premium customers and understanding their sales strategies.
- Compile detailed reports on market trends, customer insights, and vendor information to assist in business decisions.
- Assist in identifying potential new vendors or suppliers and assess their reliability, product quality, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to suggest design innovations based on research findings.

**Requirements**:

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with vendors and customers.
- Willingness to travel and visit different vendors and locations.
- Interest in fashion, particularly artificial jewellery trends, is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Efficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
