**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Design for intuitive UIs that enhance the user’s experience
- Contributed to a couple of shipped projects
- Strong and capable engagement in standard design processes
- It goes beyond best practices and uncovers novel, unexpected, but still workable solutions
- Leads the solution of a product area; connects that to broader product vision
- Analyze and solve performance problems
- Confidently communicates decision-making rationale to team members and other stakeholders.
- Emerging recognition that it's not all about design, but how design contributes to a broader goal; recognizes business goals and technical constraints - Clarifies success metrics and ties efforts toward delivering business value.
- Assist in promoting a positive team culture.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 Years experience
- Computer Science, Interaction Design Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Strong visual eye, good taste
- Eye for detail
- Experience with Figma
- Experience with Product & UX Design Principles
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
- Responds positively to criticism and direction
- Good Communicator - verbally & visually
- Can collaborate
- Sees the big picture
- Challenger - brings new ideas to the table and questions the status quo.

**Technical Skills & Competencies**
- **Essential skills are - Visual Design **, **Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and Prototyping, Understanding of web, SEO & accessibility standards, as well as UX principles & specifications.**
- Other skills like User Research, Service Design, Front-end Development, Video and Photo Production, Concepting/Art Direction, Quantitative Research and Analysis, Animation, Motion Design, and Journey Mapping will be considered as additional advantages.
- Experience with the tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Suite **, Sketch, InVision, Studio, Basic HTML CSS
- **Experience of responsive & adaptive design practices for small screen, tablet & desktop**:

- Follow the agile development methodologies and practices (estimation, prioritization, backlog grooming...)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Passion for doing what is right for the team, our company, and our customers
- Demonstrated technical initiative
