**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Patna. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for the following:
1. Generate Leads from various sources.

2. Convert Leads into sales.

3. Handling Requests & Complaints

4. Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Cold Calling for new Leads

2. Answering incoming calls or leads.

3. Serve Existing customers by after sales support.

4. Inform about new products/offers to existing customers

5. Fix a prospective meeting with sales Team

6. Give report of sales on regular intervals

7.Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead

8.follow-up and outbound cold calls.

9.Convince/encourage clients to visit store

10.Actively pursue leads and convert them to sale.

11.Manage sales leads by providing response to clients maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Analise client requirements and assist them with their queries and clarifications.

13.Build an on-going relationship with existing clients and potential clients.

**Qualifications**:
Graduate

MBA in Sales (preferred)

**Experience**:
1+ Years Industry Experience

**Age**:25-35 Years old

**Salary**:20k - 30 k per month
