**Position: Business Development Executive/Telesales Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Present and promote Panchmukhi's ambulance services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
- Receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts with a 6-day working week and rotational week off.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for sales and marketing activities.
