**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and targeted outreach.
- **Sales and Conversion**:

- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Address customer needs and concerns to provide effective solutions.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- **Market Feedback and Reporting**:

- Gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
