**Stipend: Rs. 5000 per month + up to 3000 incentive**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele calling Intern to join our team. The Tele calling Intern will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services. This role offers valuable experience in communication, customer service, and healthcare administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Hanuman Healthcare's services and offerings.
- Engage with leads in a courteous and professional manner to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using our CRM system.
- Provide information about our healthcare packages, promotions, and special offers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve targets.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not required.
