**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain and promote our products/services.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records in CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive approach in communication.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. (Freshers are welcome)
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Persuasive and confident approach to customer handling.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- **Preferred**: Prior experience in IT services, software, or digital solutions sales will be a plus.
