Work Experience minimum 3 year experience in event management agency

Percept ICE a div of Percept Ltd is a leading Experiential Marketing and Event Management company, is looking for experienced talent in 3D Design.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Conceptualize and create 3D visualizations, renders, and mock-ups for event setups, exhibition booths, stage designs, and branding elements.

2. Design 3D walk through as per the concept and brief

3. Create detailed referencing presentation before start of designing

4. Should come up with new creative ideas as per the current technology and materials used across

5. Must write a concept on every design created.

6. Develop detailed floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings based on event requirements

7. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize event themes and designs.

8. Have thorough knowledge of materials and consult with technical / operations team on feasibility of ideas

9. Coordinate with other designers in the creative unit / studio to create well thought out and cohesive designs across all (CAD, 2D, Concept, Copy, Strategy, etc)

10. Consult and work with Art Direction team on producing the designed sets on ground.

11. Modify and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements

12. Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and emerging design technologies

13. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for custom fabrication and installations. As per the requirement and scale of the project, conduct on ground recce and supervise setup on ground as per mutually agreed term

- Ability to meet deadlines, extremely creative
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
- Proven experience as a 3D Designer in event management / exhibitions is must.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
