**Job Title**: 3D Visualiser / Renderer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings and animations for architecture and interior design projects.
- Interpret architectural plans, elevations, and design concepts to produce accurate and visually appealing 3D visuals.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to understand visualisation needs and refine outputs based on feedback.
- Develop modeling, lighting, texturing, rendering, and post-production pipelines for consistent visual quality.
- Maintain file organization and asset libraries for rendering projects.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max** with Corona Renderer.
- Strong knowledge of **SketchUp** and **Revit** for importing and adapting architectural models.
- Experience using **Lumion** for real-time visualisations and walkthroughs.
- Expert-level post-production skills using **Adobe Photoshop** and **Illustrator**.
- Good eye for composition, lighting, and detail in visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work in architectural and interior visualisation is **mandatory**.
**Preferred Qualifications (optional but a plus)**:
- Experience with animation rendering workflows.
- Knowledge of architectural design principles.
- Familiarity with VR/AR visualisation tools.
Pay: ₹12,018.41 - ₹43,098.69 per month
