- **Job Purpose (In one or two sentences)**

This position is responsible for managing Credit Risk and Receivables with a view to minimize bad debts covering VIBS receivables -Mobility & IOT Customers along with suitable process improvement.

Is also accountable for Payment Posting, Reconciliation, GST issues, Recovery and Policy making.

HE/SHE is responsible to support business by ensuring adequate digital interventions and Collections Life Cycle Management. Will lead a team with functional and direct reporting to achieve management objectives of the collections ecosystem
