Location: Dadar and Vasai

Salary: UP TO 25,000 CTC per month

Job Type: Full-time (Contract)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in mobilization

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Connect with colleges, schools, communities, NGOs, and other local organizations to enroll students for training programs
  • Optimize mobilization through online connections wherever possible
  • Follow up regularly with students and clients to ensure engagement
  • Promote awareness about the academy and identify new mobilization partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and stakeholders
  • Identify new market opportunities and sources for student mobilization

  • Meet monthly mobilization targets:

  • PWD Program: 150 students/month

  • EV Program: 75 students/month

  • Collect and maintain necessary documents and evidence as per program criteria

  • Ensure timely data entry and record keeping using TJM software
  • Collect and record video testimonials from trained students
