**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Mobilisation**:

- Utilise survey data for mobilisation
- Mine all existing student and other data to increase admissions
- Meet batch targets for mobilisation
- Hold community sessions and meetings to educate the community and give a better understanding of KU

**Batch Related**:

- Support the manager in readiness of the batches
- Organise events like Parents meets and NGO meets

**Attendance**
- Ensure aspirants mobilized have full attendance for all their sessions and make home visits where necessary to get aspirants to attend regularly

**Admin & Reporting**
- Supporting the facilitator in maintaining the batches, attendance records
- Maintain the batch size (target) that there should be no or fewer dropouts.
- Daily reporting to the reporting manager.
- Record and document data related to student lists, partner lists.

**Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain relationships with NGOS and other community organisations
- Maintain a good rapport with current and ex-students to ensure mobilisation is maximised.
- Should possess the ability to connect well with people

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
