We are looking to hire an experienced with experience of **3-4 years**, capable, and motivated **Advocate Associate** to join our team as an Advocate Associate, shall be responsible for supporting our **non-litigation department** in providing comprehensive legal services, including but not limited to:

- Providing title opinions
- Ensuring compliance and conducting legal due diligence
- Drafting Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and contracts
- Reviewing, negotiating, and settling various contracts and agreements
- Handling society matters and bank-related matters

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with legal standards and conduct legal due diligence for various matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
- Handle society matters and bank-related issues efficiently.
- Provide timely and high-quality legal documentation and advice.
- Interface with clients and handle client communications professionally.

Qualifications & other requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) - 3 years / 5 years.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in non-litigation
- Strong understanding of legal principles.
- Ability to work hard and respond within tight deadlines, strong emphasis on good quality, timely, and well-presented documents, strong ability to plan, multi-task, and organize routine work.
- Ability to research case laws/judgments and find relevant references/citations relating to the documents.
- Ability to handle a client interfacing role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
