Avant Group ) is looking for an experienced Non- Litigation Lawyer from real estate background.
Location: Andheri East
Exp: 10-15 yrs
Job Role:
- Serve as a representative for clients in various settlements, including courtrooms, administrative hearings, and community meetings.
- Case Management: Manage a caseload of clients, providing comprehensive support and guidance throughout the advocacy process. This may involve conducting assessments, developing action plans, and coordinating services with other professionals and agencies.
- Drafting and vetting : Vetting the draft reply, affidavits, etc. as and when whatever is required.
- To lead Non-Litigation team
- Must have knowledge of RERA
- Policy Analysis and Development: Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting clients' rights and interests. Analyze proposed policies and advocate for changes that benefit the populations you serve.
- Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with other advocates, professionals, and community organizations to address systemic issues and advocate for broader social change. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to advance common goals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, case developments, and advocacy activities. Prepare reports, memos, and presentations to document outcomes and communicate progress to stakeholders.
