**Shipment Coordination & Execution**:

- Plan and oversee **import and export** shipments (Sea, Air, and Land).
- Coordinate with **freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines** for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments while optimizing cost and transit time.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Prepare and verify all **shipping documents** (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC documents, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with **DGFT, Customs, RBI, and EXIM policies**.
- Handle **Switch B/L, Letter of Credit (LC), Duty Drawback, and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations**.

**Customs & Regulatory Compliance**:

- Manage **custom clearance procedures** and liaise with customs agents.
- Ensure adherence to **import/export regulations** and HS codes classification.

**Vendor & Client Coordination**:

- Communicate with **suppliers, clients, and internal teams** for order tracking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with **logistics service providers**.
- Negotiate **freight rates and service contracts** with shipping lines and transporters.

**Reporting & MIS**:

- Maintain **shipment tracking reports, cost analysis, and duty structures**.
- Provide regular updates on shipments to all stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze **supply chain efficiency and suggest process improvements**.

**Skills & Competencies**:
Strong knowledge of **INCOTERMS, HS Codes, Customs Tariffs, and Foreign Trade Policies**.
Experience with **Port, Customs, and Government EXIM Portals**.
Proficiency in **MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics management tools**.
Strong **negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills**.
Excellent **communication & coordination skills** to manage multiple stakeholders.

**Resident of Gurgaon** or willing to relocate.
Experience in **manufacturing, engineering, or trading companies** preferred.
Knowledge of **banking procedures related to international trade (LC, Remittances, T/T, etc.)** is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
