**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Field Marketing Associate** to support our local and regional marketing efforts. In this role, you will execute field marketing campaigns, coordinate events, engage with customers, and help drive brand awareness and lead generation on the ground. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys face-to-face marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute field marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations in assigned regions
- Coordinate and attend events, trade shows, product demos, and partner activations
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and support regional goals
- Engage with prospects and customers to promote brand awareness and gather market feedback
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Track event performance, collect leads, and support follow-up processes
- Maintain relationships with local vendors, venues, and partners
- Report on field marketing KPIs and campaign outcomes

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 0-1 years of experience ore Freshers
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English and local language)
- Ability to travel frequently in own locality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Eager to lean CRM systems and marketing tools

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with local marketing trends and communities
