Job Descriptions of Store E - Commerce Executive.
- develop an all round long term strategy for online marketplace development and manage day to day operations of various platforms.
- drive and own sales and revenue targets from e-commerce operations for the brand
- Driving marketing intelligence to identify market trends, customer expectations and competition tracking to develop sales strategy.
- Own reporting of KPIs and Sales results.
- Execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Handle Influencer Marketing and track KPI's
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their needs have been met.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
- coordinating with our digital marketing team for promotions.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
