**Role Overview**:
You will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites while collaborating with developers, content creators, and marketing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop **engaging and responsive** web pages and landing pages.
- Create **wireframes, prototypes, and mockups** for websites.
- Collaborate with developers to implement **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** into functional designs.
- Ensure **cross-browser compatibility** and mobile responsiveness.
- Optimize web pages for **performance, speed, and SEO best practices**.
- Maintain **brand consistency** across all web pages and platforms.
- Stay updated with the **latest web design trends, UI/UX principles, and technologies**.
- Work closely with the **marketing team** to create banners, graphics, and visual content.
- Conduct **usability testing** and gather user feedback to improve designs.

**Required Skills:

- **
- Strong proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic knowledge)**.
- Expertise in **Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator**.
- Experience with **responsive and mobile-first design** principles.
- Understanding of **UI/UX design principles**.
- Knowledge of **CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify** (preferred).
- Familiarity with **SEO principles and web performance optimization**.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Web Designer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
