We are looking for a **Senior Web Designer** to join our team and elevate our digital presence through exceptional design. If you are passionate about creating intuitive, visually appealing websites and enjoy leading projects and mentoring others, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Leadership**: Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality design outputs that align with business goals and user needs.
- **UI/UX Expertise**: Create user-centered designs that include wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring consistency and usability across all web platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and marketing teams, to deliver seamless and cohesive web experiences.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all web designs adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to innovate and inspire.
- **Mentorship**: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of growth and learning within the design team.
- **Research & Strategy**: Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions, staying ahead of trends and implementing best practices in web design and UX.
- **Optimization**: Partner with developers to optimize designs for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility across devices and browsers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools like InVision.
- **Web Knowledge**: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
- **UX/UI Expertise**: Deep understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and mentor team members.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex requirements into intuitive designs.
- **Attention to Detail**: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and alignment with project goals.
