- Knowledge with AWS cloud on services like, EC2, ECS, Cloudwatch, SQS, S3, CloudFront, route53 with an ability to quickly learn new services and deploy them with speed.
- Dealing and handling, various system and server related issues physically and remotely.
- Performing Ticket based operations for our international clients.
- Knowledge of connectwise and autotask is preffered.
- Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware and operating system software.
- Communicating with the client and providing them the required information as a technical expert.
- **Training or certification in CCNA, CCNP or MCSA (any one) will be a Big Plus**.**
- Knowledge with databases such as MS SQL and MySQL. Great knowledge with source control systems (SVN, GIT, etc), Deployment and build automation tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Ansible, etc.
- Conduct Data Backups Analyze and monitor server security and implement patches and fixes to address potential security holes.
- Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
