**Job description **:We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Trainee to join our organization. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in the field of Information Technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the IT team in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions and improvements.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Assist in managing data backups and recovery procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the IT industry.
- Assist in researching and evaluating new software, hardware, and IT solutions.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing to project planning, implementation, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory, including tracking and managing IT assets.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver IT training programs to end-users.
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and system integrity.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to IT processes and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal users.
- Continuously learn and develop technical skills through self-study and training opportunities.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and practices.
