**Job Purpose**:To ensure proper & correct data entry of goods received and generating GRN.

To manage counter operation in systematic and planned manner.

**Job Requirement**:
**Qualification**:HSC-Graduate, excellent computer operating skills**.**

**Experience**:2-5 years in similar role with a reputed 4 wheeler automobile dealership

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**1)Primary Responsibilities**:
Ø To do proper data entry/punching of all material’s/goods received in DMS and dealership software (as applicable) and generate GRN.

Ø Allocation/issuing of material/parts (service, body shop & accessories) on counter as per the approved P.O./request slip and generating tax invoice.

Ø To coordinate with co dealers (interdealers), branchoffice for parts availability and get it picked by parts picker.

Ø To ensure that parts counter is managed in most systematic and appropriate manner and thereby avoid overcrowding, waiting period of technician.

Ø Placing order with OEM for PNA after discussing with Manager.

Ø Preparing report related to PNA and sharing with Manager.

Ø To receive, verify and do Data entry of tyres, battery, oil etc. in the system and generate GRN and invoice.

Ø Generating inventory list on monthly basis for manual stock and in case of any discrepancy crossing checking with all PO and invoices received.

Ø To ensure that the parts are binned correctly in demarcated area by pickers.

Ø To do counter sales (as applicable) as per dealership policy.

**2)Secondary Responsibilities**:
Ø MIS report-Daily, Monthly.

Ø Submitting bills /invoices related to counter sales, materials received etc.to account department.

Ø Systematic arrangement of bills, invoices for record maintenance (book binding) purpose.

Ø Attend and participate in all meetings and trainings as required.

Ø To ensure that the ware house area is clean and well organised in terms of parts storage.

Ø To carry out perpetual inventory on daily basis.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
